A WOMAN has been arrested accused of arranging to have sex with a dog to "celebrate" the animal's first birthday. Police say Rebekah Little used her Instagram page to find an animal to abuse at her home in Houston, Texas. Rebekah Little is alleged to have arranged to have sex with a dog at her home in Texas The abuse was to 'celebrate' the first birthday of the dog, Ryder In December 2017, she was contacted by Jerrid Cook, who said he and another man named Kevin Cook would bring their dog, Ryder, to the apartment to "have fun". Jerrid said the dog wanted sex with a human "as a birthday present", prosecutors say. Saudi Arabia has cut oil and gas production following drone attacks on two major oil facilities run by state-owned company Aramco. Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said the strikes had reduced crude oil production by 5.7m barrels a day - about half the kingdom's output. A Yemeni Houthi rebel spokesman said it had deployed 10 drones in the attacks. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo blamed the attacks on Iran saying there was no evidence they came from Yemen. The fires are now under control at both facilities, Saudi state media say. Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said no casualties had been reported in the attacks. The Saudis lead a Western-backed military coalition supporting Yemen's government, while Iran backs the Houthi rebels. One Ghanaian has been shot in West Hills a suburb in Johannesburg province in South Africa last night in a fresh attack. He was shot in the leg when violence erupted between some South Africans and foreigners in the area. Speaking on Okay FM’s 'Ade Akye Abia' program, Chairman of the Ghanaians Association in Kempton Park Johannesburg, Wofa Atta explained that they received a report of the attack Wednesday morning. "However, I can confirm that he is in a stable condition and is also receiving treatment," he said. He explained that he was shot in the leg but currently a Ghanaian team has been dispatched to the area to assist him. He, however, added that police have been able to bring the situation under control but cautioned Ghanaians in any other province to contact their various groups or the Ghanaian mission when there is an attack in their area.

The Ranking Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Ghana's Parliament, Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has charged the African Union to consider relocating its Pan-African Parliament from Midrand, South Africa as part of measures to sanction the country for recurrent violent attacks on foreign nationals. According to Mr Ablakwa, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa must also be stripped off his pending role as chairperson of the African Union for 2020. In a post on his Facebook page, Mr Ablakwa said South Africa had lost every moral justification to keep the Pan African Parliament after yet another attack by South African citizens on nationals of African countries.
