Court adjourns uniCredit’s case against BoG to Sept 19

An Accra High Court has adjourned the lawsuit involving the shareholders of defunct uniCredit savings and loans company limited and the Bank of Ghana over the revocation of the license of the company.
The court subsequently adjourned the case to 19th September 2019.
The adjournment of the case was as a result of the inability of the Bank of Ghana to serve lawyers of uniCredit with a motion they filed relating to the case.

The Presiding Judge, Justice George Kingsley Koomson requested that both parties serve each other with all the processes in other to expedite the hearing.

Rishon Florant, 17, and Chibuzo Ukonu, 18, have been convicted of killing Glendon Spence, 23, at The Marcus Lipton Youth Centre in Brixton, South London Horrifying footage shows two teenager killers chasing a man into a youth club before stabbing him to death in front of shocked teenagers. Glendon Spence, 23, desperately tried to escape by running around a ping-pong table at The Marcus Lipton Youth Centre in Brixton, South London. Obrafour performing on Rhythms On Da Runway show Celebrated Hiplife artiste, Obrafour, who will be celebrating two decades of being in the music industry in November this year, says he has no plans of quitting music. The Pae Mu Ka artiste who made the revelation at this year's Rhythms On The Runway on Saturday, August 31, said the numerous awards and honours he had received was an indication that people did not want him out of the game.
